Position schedule dependent upon needs of the General Service and Residence life departments. May be required to work different shifts or in different buildings/locations to accommodate needs of work unit. The Head Cook will oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations to include planning menus, ordering assigned food supplies, ensuring high food quality standards, preparing meals, and providing direction as needed to dining service employees. They will assure compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures in assigned areas, as well as adhere to any special dietary restriction.
The schedule is Full Time/Full Year, working from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no shift differential.

Following standard procedures, the Toolroom Attendant will maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; dispense materials to students, maintain areas in a clean and orderly fashion; assist faculty and School office with ordering materials; make minor repairs to tools and equipment. This position requires confirmation of Act 120 Certification, current CPR/First Aid Certification, and valid driver's license. This position will be required to work overtime on short notice to include evenings, weekends, special events and call ins at the discretion of the appropriate supervisor. Additional hours with little or no prior notice may be required.
The work schedule is as follows: On Friday and Saturday, the shift starts at 8:30 p.m. and ends at 5:00 a.m., with a 1-hour lunch break. On Sunday, the shift runs from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., also including a 1-hour lunch break.
